To fold your shirt, you need a bit of agility, a little while and a flat surface.

Button up the collar and do every other button down the shirt.
Spread the shirt on a flat surface with the buttons facing down.
Fold one sleeve inwards toward the middle of the shirt and then fold it downwards along the shirt side.
Repeat with the other sleeve.
Fold the shirt lengthwise two or three times and put it in a suitcase. Do not put any other items on the shirt.
