CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change already placed order from our current collection or product from other categories. It is also not possible to change the shirt from the offer, to change the size or add and remove products.
In the case of orders for shirts made to measure (MTM), both based on the provided dimensions of the customer as well as tailor-made based on the pattern of the shirt delivered to our company, where the order fulfillment time is longer than 24 hours, please contact the Customer Service Office directly. We will review each application individually and we will do our best to help you make any changes to the order, as long as they are possible to make by that time.
