We often emphasize, that quality is our overriding value. Behind it, there stand many other principles, such as: sewing precision, attention to detail, high-quality fabrics, experience of our contractors, and selection of appropriate trims. That's why, today, we will say a few words about the threads and buttons available in the Adalbertus creator and used in all of our shirts.

Everything about the thread

In the production process, we use threads from the British company “Coats” with the trade name “Epic”, which we chose because of their outstanding quality. Before this settlement, our Production Team performed many tests. It wasn't so easy to meet their expectations, but we managed to sort it out. In every Adalbertus shirt we work with high-quality polyester core spun yarns, designed specifically to create durable and attractive-looking seams. In the production process, we use threads with a thickness of 120, and when working with fine, delicate fabrics, thinner threads with a diameter of 150 are used. Important for us, are also the technical aspects, which will allow you to enjoy and maintain the shirt in its pristine conditions for as long as possible, meaning: greater resistance to abrasion, high efficiency and durability. These threads are also used to sew on buttons, which, combined with the Ascolite technique we use, result in inseparable stitching. Our another advantage is the high color durability, that assures that there is no risk of thread discoloration during standard shirt care. We choose the color of the thread very precisely, so that it matches the color of the fabric, i.e. "tone on tone". Often, the thread, apart from connecting the elements, also serves a decorative function, in which case we talk about the contrasting threading. Adequate selection of the buttons and their arrangement determine whether the shirt will fit just perfectly. That's why, we carefully select the ones we use in the Adalbertus workshop.

Our configurator offers 3 types of buttons:

• Classic - made from polyester, belong to the group of the most prevalent. Our offer includes them with the Adalbertus logo engravement, in up to 14 different colors.
• Pearl imitation – these are buttons made from polymer material, imitating the natural pearl pattern. We have them available in 6 colors, with our logotype imprinted.
• Pearl – the most elegant, made of pearl mass, from the shell of a mollusk. They are produced using the inner side of the shell, the so-called mother-of-pearl, being smooth and sleek. In our creator, you can choose from 5 colors. Due to their high nobility, we don’t emboss the brand logo on them.
